Rev. Abhijeet V Sasane
Revd. Abhijeet V. Sasane is a Senior Methodist Pastor based in Mumbai - India currently pastoring the Taylor Memorial Methodist Church - Clare Road.
He is also the All India Executive Secretary CVTRD of the Methodist Church in India ie. Council of Vocational Technical Educational and Rural Development of the Methodist Church in India.
He is an ecumenical leader , social activist, thinker, preacher , teacher , Bible scholar and a certified apologist who has a rich experience in preaching , teaching , publishing and administration.
Even though he's a Protestant Pastor , he is regularly invited as the key note speaker in many interdenominational Churches and Christian organisations , especially the Catholic Churches. He is a strong promoter of unity and harmony.
He has shared the pulpit with the Catholic Archbishops and the Cardinal and has done many collaborative ecumenical ventures with the Catholic Church promoting Unity , peace and harmony.
He is also the delegate of the Catholic affinity Asia Pacific.
He is a Prime Time Television Personality and appears for debates on all National Television Channels in India like CNN,NDTV, Zee News,Times Now, News Nation,Republic TV. etc. defending the Christian community in India - Both Protestant and Catholic.
He is also the Editor of the Marathi edition of The Upper Room, Nashville. And the guest editor of the Alaukik Magazine.
He has served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Methodist Chronicle and was on the editorial board of Archway.
He has served as the Secretary of the Bible Society of India for Maharashtra and Goa on deputation from the Methodist Church in India for 2 terms till 2021.
He has also served as the India Representative for The European Leadership Forum till 2023.
He is a certified Lausanne Global Young Leader and a Global mentor.
He is also a certified apologist.
He has served as the Regional Executive Board member and has been on the Board of Audit in MRC , the youth Director of the Methodist Church for Maharashtra State and got elected on the all India youth council of the Methodist Church and also got elected as the Fraternal Delegate from India to the United Methodist Church Annual conference USA.

And one National award that he shared with Faye Desouza.
He is also a recipient of two more awards in business : One for promising young entrepreneur by Center for Entrepreneurship Development in India (CEDTI) and the other for Business Innovation by Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED)
Despite being a highly influential television personality,his primary passion is shepherding,pastoral care, Pulpit ministry and social reform.
He's married to Manisha Sasane who is a home maker and they have a beautiful daughter Abhinishma studying in std 9.
