Donations

We are grateful to the Lord for His provision enabling us to meet the financial requirements for the ministry in our Church. We acknowledge the involvement of each member through your generous giving and adore participation. It has been observed that some of our members have opted to use the Bank NEFT facility for transfer of Funds. In view of the same, the Pastorate Committee has decided to give few guidelines to follow. You are requested to mention the following details and inform us in writing in order to help us in accounting procedures:

A. Details of the Donor:

• 1. Name of the Member transferring the fund
• 2. The amount transferred.
• 3. Date of transfer.
• 4. The name and branch of the Bank from where the funds are transferred.
• 5. The name/s of the person/s to whom the receipts are to be issued.
• 6. Specify the type of offering (donation) — Monthly Pledge/ Church Building Fund/ Missionary Support/ Thanksgiving (Birthday, Wedding Anniversary, etc.....)/ Samaritan Charity/ Donation for Flowers/ Special Donation/.......etc.
